Once you have selected the tires that you wish to purchase, you may choose to have your tires shipped to any business within the United States. Tires are shipped via an independent shipping carrier such as FedEx, UPS, R+L Carrier, and Saia. Expect delivery to anywhere in the contiguous US within 2-5 business (weekday) days.
You can expect to receive your tires within 2-5 business days from the time your order was processed. Please allow two to three business day for your order to process before it ships.
You can expect to receive tracking information via e-mail when your tire(s) ship. Be sure to check your spam and junk folders. You can also find order status and tracking information by logging into your Delta Tire Store account.
For your convenience, we allow for delivery at any home, or business. It is not necessary to include additional delivery instructions for your tires at this time.
Tires are shipped via an independent shipping carrier such as FedEx or UPS. Once your tires have shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from either carrier containing an estimated delivery time frame but are unable to provide an exact delivery hour.

Yes. We offer fresh inventory all year round. Only high-quality, unused tires are offered on our secure site. Each tire is stored in a climate-controlled facility and has never been mounted on a truck.
If a certain tire is temporarily out of stock after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible to make you aware of the situation. We will then provide you with a couple of options to resolve the issue:
Offer you a full refund credited back to your original method of payment or offer you tires that are of equal value.
If you change your mind about an order after you’ve placed it on our website, we recommend contacting Support at (630) 422-1014 immediately so that we can rectify the situation as soon as possible. Calling within an hour of placing an order will increase the likelihood that we will be able to cancel your order before it has been processed.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and you will receive a full refund credited back to the original method of payment. If an order has already been processed and shipped, you will have to return any unmounted tires back to us for your own expenses.

Yes, you can return tires that have not been driven on, installed, or mounted.
The return shipping cost is covered by the buyer.
The refund will be issued to the original bank account that has been used to purchase the tires after the tires are received and inspected.
